Compare Prices on The Simpsons - The Complete First Season
This site represents the first of an expected 12 (more? ) seasons of the Simpsons to be released on DVD. The unusual view is to release 2-3 seasons a year. The second season will be released in time for Christmas.
Since the first season was shorter, this first disc has many extras. First, all of the shorts from the Tracy Ullman display will be there. Also, there will be a “lost” episode included.
Fox must be commended in releasing these discs. When they were preparing to release the discs, they went to the fans, and asked how we would like them released. As season packs? How many extras? How often? Rarely does a publisher care that great.

The Simpsons is the longest running comedy, longest running prime time engrossing series, and is definately some of the wisest, best written comedy and satire ever place on TV. God Bless Fox for giving them all to us.
Oh my God. When I found out about the Simpsons Season 1 Dvd’s I fell of my bed. I’m so joyful, because the Simpsons is the best expose in the world, anyway I reflect the 1st season is the 3rd best. The first two being 3 and 11. Okay, so the episodes are… 1. SIMPSONS ROASTING ON AN Launch FIRE - When bart get’s a tatto, marge has to employ the family’s christmas money on a removal, and Homer doesn’t accumulate a bonus, Homer gets a job as a Mall Santa. 2. BART THE GENIUS-Bart cheats on a IQ test and goes a fresh school. 3. HOMER’S ODYSSEY - Homer get’s fired and goes on a safty kick. 4. THERE’S NO DISGRACE LIKE HOMER - After a picnic homer thinks the family needs theorapy. 5. BART THE GENERAL - Bart leads a battle against Nelson. 6. MOANING LISA - Lisa is black, but cheered up by Bleeding Gums. 7. THE CALL OF THE SIMPSONS - the Simpsons pick up lost on a camping traipse. 8. THE TELLTALE HEAD - Bart steals a statues Head 9. LIFE ON THE Hastily LANE - Marge considers having an affair. 10. HOMER’S NIGHT OUT - Homer get’s caught dancing with a stripper. 11. CREEPS OF WRATH - Bart goes to Paris. 12.
