Who saw Pandorum? Need some opinions on it?
As a sci-fi fan I thought that movie was very well done; a damn good movie. The storyline was great and the ending blew me out of the water (no pun intended, hehe). When I first saw it I sat there going "Did I like it or not?" and with that, I made it a favorite movie. I’ve heard that it didn’t do so well in theaters only because it was aimed more at sci-fi fans like myself and not the general public and their soap opera movies (bleh). That’s just my 2 cents so let me hear what you thought!
And that’s the thing, isn’t it? High expectations kill movies. My low to medium expectations are exactly why I loved this and Avatar so much

I didn’t think it was as good as everyone expected it to be. The effects were great, but the story and the ending were pants in my opinion.

I work in a cinema and almost everyone has said the same thing.

Customers looked really dissapointed as they left the screen.
