whats scarier, the movie lovely bones in theaters jan 15th, or other horror movies like haunting in conneticut, the orphan, my bloody valentine, the uninvited, prom night, etc. i also need an eplanation why

Haunting In Conneticut is scary if ghosts and pop-out scenes scare you.

Orphan is more shocking and disturbing than scary.

My Bloody Valentine is entertaining, but it’s not scary, it’s very campy.

The Uninvited is more of a thriller, it’s similar to Disturbia.

Prom Night is a weak horror film, it’s terrible in almost every aspect of a GOOD horror film.

on new years night i dreamed that i was going to die?
last year i did allot of things to my hair i would cut it myself and dye it. i stopped doing that and returned to my natural hair color and i’ve been letting it grow. but last night i dreamed that i was cutting it again and then i went to the door to answer and then the hit man from Intolerable Cruelty (weezer) and his assistant who was a midget and looked old said that they were going to kill me. i replied i know and for some reason i was there talking to them about it i didn’t know what i was saying to them across the screen door. and then my dad came to see who was at the door and then they came in with there guns and my dad tried to take one of them away from them and shot him once. then i jumped the midget and punched him several times on the ground and he shot me four times. then i woke up sweating.

Plot: The movie starts out with Arthur, King of the Britons, looking for knights to sit with him at Camelot. He finds many knights including Sir Galahad the pure, Sir Lancelot the brave, the quiet Sir Bedevere, and Sir Robin the Not-Quite-So-Brave-as-Sir Lancelot. They do not travel on horses, but pretend they do and have their servants bang coconuts to make the sound of horse’s hooves. Through satire of certain events in history (witch trials, the black plague) they find Camelot, but after literally a quick song and dance they decide that they do not want to go there. While walking away, God (who seems to be grumpy) come to them from a cloud and tells them to find the Holy Grail. They agree and begin their search…

Re Peep Show (British TV series): is the guy who plays Mark the son of the guy from Monty Python?
Dang…what’s his name; he’s dead now and has been for a while (AIDS?); he was very tall; not John Cleese; played King Aurthur in MP & The Holy Grail. "Mark" looks just like him, has the same mannerisms, same voice (only higher). Does anyone know?

Why do women approach men, act interested, then act surprised when we ask for their number?
I’m a handsome, in shape and fit guy but lately this has happened to me a lot. Women will come up to me, start asking questions, making small talk etc. but when I ask for their number, they all of a sudden get "uncomfortable". As if I was the one who came up to them and somehow "annoyed" them or something.

The woman comes up TO ME, makes small talk, asks personal questions and then wonders why I’m asking for her number at the end? I am curious and mabye some women out there can help me out with this. If you’re not interested in the guy, why do you approach them to begin with and start making small talk?

It is very, VERY annoying.

Steel Magnolias (1989)

Plot: Revolving around Truvy’s Beauty Parlor in a small parish in modern-day Louisiana, STEEL MAGNOLIAS is the story of a close-knit circle of friends whose lives come together there. As the picture opens, we find Drum Eatenton shooting birds in the trees of his back yard in preparation for his daughter’s wedding reception that afternoon. Shortly thereafter, M’Lynn and Shelby (Drum’s wife and daughter) depart for Truvy’s to get their hair done for the wedding. “Just the sweetest thing,” Annelle Depuy Desoto (who may or may not be married because her marriage may not be legal) is introduced to Truvy’s customers as her new “glamour technician.” While in the chairs, the sour-tempered Ouiser Boudreaux shows up and entertains the assemblage with her barbs. It seems that the only one of the group who truly understands Ouiser is Clairee who is recently widowed and looking for a diversion. As she says, later in the picture, “If you can’t find anything good to say about anybody, come sit by me.” Filled with humor and heartbreak, these “Steel Magnolias” make us laugh and cry as the realities of their lives in tiny Chiquapin Parish unfolds.
