Rising Sun (1993) IMDB rating: 6.10 Plot: At the offices of a Japanese corporation, during a party, a woman, who’s evidently a professional mistress, is found dead, apparently after some rough sex. A police detective, Web Smith is called in to investigate but before getting there, he gets a call from someone who instructs him to pick up John Connor, a former police Captain and expert on Japanese affairs. When they arrive there Web thinks that everything is obvious but Connor tells him that there’s a lot more going on.

Thailand weather in early june?
Hi everyone im hoping some one out there will be able to give me an answer to this question so i can make my decision as you have probably guessed im planing to go to thailand in early june (Krabi & phi phi island to be exact) and from research i have found that this a wet season. I really dont mind few hours rain here and there but what i really want to know if im not walking in to a full on typhoon. From reading online i am getting mix signals some websites say its great time to go as its cheap and quiet and u get refreshing rain in the evening or night time but thats only for few hours and then sun is out again temp rising to 32c during day. But then there are other sites thats say that there is a high risk of flooding, heavy constant all day rain (sometimes few days in a row) and you cant touch the beach because its simply to windy and there is a fear of drowning. As you can see my dilema. I really cant decide if i should go and take a risk or just forget the whole krabi trip and go elsewhere ? What do you think i should do? Any info will be great thanks for reading and for the help in advance….

MacLeod is also aided by Louise Marcus, an environmental activist that believes the ozone layer as repaired itself and “the shield” is no longer necessary.

I’ve got loads of them. None of these are in my top 20 all-time favourites. I guess you’d call them guilty pleasures as they’ve been slaughtered by the critics; The Cannonball Run, Missing In Action 2 (Chuck Norris, a terrible actor, but his best film), The Death Wish Movies, The Rambo Movies and The Halloween series (only the first film got any praise and that took a long time to happen).

(also: I don’t think Lynch’s Eraserhead is considered to be a bad movie. Most film critics with any taste consider it a classic).
